Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our food and dessert products, all purchases made through Crave It Global are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

However, we may provide a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution under the following situations:

1. Eligible Cases

You may contact us if:

• Wrong item was received  
• Item was missing from your order  
• Item arrived damaged or spoiled during delivery  
• Order quality issue caused by our side

2. Reporting Issues

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours after receiving the order.

Please provide:

• Order number  
• Clear photos or videos of the item  
• Description of the issue

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds or replacements for:

• Change of mind  
• Personal taste preference  
• Minor appearance differences  
• Orders left unattended for too long after delivery/pickup  
• Incorrect information provided by customer

4. Delivery & Pickup Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order during delivery or pickup arrangement.

We are not responsible for product quality issues caused by delays after successful handover.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

6. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to reject refund or replacement requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with our policy.
