1. How long does delivery take?

We currently provide local delivery within selected areas in Kuantan, typically within the same day or based on delivery schedule availability.

Self-pickup options are also available upon arrangement.

2. Do you offer self-pickup?

Yes. Customers may choose self-pickup during checkout or by arrangement after placing an order.

Pickup details will be provided after order confirmation.

3. What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your order with clear photo or video proof, and our team will assist you accordingly.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may only be changed or canceled before preparation or delivery arrangement begins. Once the order is prepared or handed over for delivery, changes may no longer be possible.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept selected payment methods including online banking, e-wallets, and debit/credit cards, depending on availability during checkout.

6. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of food and dessert products, refunds are generally not provided unless there is an issue caused by our side such as damaged, incorrect, or missing items.
